The Whittle Family! Mason is 6 months old!

I had the distinct honor of photographing this family on Sunday. We have been planning this session for quite sometime. The Whittle Family is a sweet young family! Emma Kate is 2 years old and sweet Mason just turned 6 months old. At first we were planning just a 6 month session for Mason but that quickly turned into a family session. The weather was beautiful and this "early Spring" day turned into quite the session!  Their sweet Momma, Mary, said that Mason wasn't sitting up on his own yet...well, he had other plans and we caught it ALL on camera! Here he is sitting up on his own, yep, all by himself, for the FIRST time!  Notice his super cute embroidered applique...made especially for him by his Mom. Here is the darling little Emma Kate...holding her "Moe" :)  (I think I spelled that correctly, if not, Sorry Emma!) I just love these portraits! Emma is like a porcelain doll!

Little Mason was seriously this happy for the entire shoot! I couldn't get enough of his adorableness!

Emma Kate has the most beautiful blue eyes...they sparkle...just like her personality! She was trying to see the "little man" inside my camera...although she never got to meet him! LOL! Between the "Hawsies" (horses) at the barn where we did this shoot and the "Me-No's" (gummie snacks) that her parents gave her to keep her interested...we got quite a few excellent shots of her! Plus, how can you resist this sweet photo of Mason!?
